Werkado OÜ processes the data of its customers and contact persons, who have expressed a desire to use our services or have previously used our services.
In certain cases, we process personal data that is available from public sources.
- Purposes and legal basis of processing the client’s personal data (data).
We process the personal data of voluntary users and service users of our marketing channels as well as customers (including customer representatives) in order to fulfil our contractual obligations as well as to provide potential customers with higher quality service and information.
If Werkado OÜ processes personal data for these purposes, the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in ensuring the correct and higher quality provision of our services.
From the marketing channels of Werkado OÜ (including the website), we collect data about their use and the interests of potential customers, in order to better understand the real interests of our customers, offer higher quality information and improve the functionality and user-friendliness of the website.
In this case, the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in better understanding the needs of our customers and providing a better service.
For example, Werkado OÜ processes data on the customer’s purchasing behavior, data on reading and opening newsletters, and data on opening advertisements, with the aim of providing the customer with the offers and content he/she prefers.

Cookies and pixel tags and how to get rid of them

To be more precise, Werkado OÜ uses:

- third-party cookies, e.g. Youtube and Google Maps. The location map and videos will not be shown unless you have agreed to the privacy terms. To make this technically possible, we use the privacy embeds cookie created by Avada design.

Werkado OÜ may process the following personal data (including data):
Contact details – name, e-mail address and telephone number
Data collected and generated during the execution of the contract – personal identification number, customer preferences regarding Werkado OÜ services and products, feedback about our services, information about the customer’s work, business processes or study habits and preferences.
Automatically collected data – data obtained from the user’s web browser, including browser type, device type, language of communication, website address from which the user arrived, which content pages were browsed, and the user’s IP address and other traffic data.
The user’s actions in relation to Werkado OÜ e-mails – including data about which e-mails, when and how the user opened these.
Other personal data – which you have made publicly available or available to us on third-party social networks such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Plus, Instagram, etc.
Werkado OÜ does not process special types of personal data as a controller.
- Sharing of personal data
Werkado OÜ does not transfer customer data outside the European (EU) Economic Area.
Werkado OÜ does not share the customer’s personal data with third parties except under the conditions listed below. All data is used only for communication and for the purpose of providing a better product or service.
We may share your personal data in the following cases:
- Sending educational material by post – persons, institutions and organizations mediate or provide postal service
- Debt collection – debt collection service providers, default registers
- State supervisory authorities and the Police
- Data of the clients of the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund for the training consultants of the Unemployment Insurance Fund

Werkado OÜ can send information to customers about its services, products, newsletters and offers if the customer has given us his/her contact details, but as long as the customer has not requested the termination of the latest activities or has left the group of newsletter recipients.

Safe storage of personal data is Werkado OÜ’s highest security priority. We make every effort to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure and other unlawful processing. We protect the confidentiality and integrity of personal data and ensure access to data in accordance with applicable legislation.

6.2. Retention period – how long do we keep personal data?
Werkado OÜ stores personal data only as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose of its collection. The retention period also depends on the need to respond to data subjects’ requests, solve problems, and fulfil statutory document retention requirements..
If we no longer need the personal data and the legislation does not require its retention, we will delete this personal data.
We may continue to use the data in question for statistical purposes, but only in pseudonymized or anonymized form.

The Client has the right to access the Client’s own personal data processed by Werkado OÜ and the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data.

If you do not wish to receive marketing messages from Werkado OÜ, you can opt-out by following the opt-out instructions at the foot of each marketing message or by contacting us through our contact page.
Rights of the data subject
Right to rectification – is the right of the data subject to demand that incorrect personal data relating to him/her be corrected without undue delay.
Right to erasure – is the data subject’s right to demand that his/her personal data be deleted without undue delay if certain additional conditions are met.
In certain cases, the data subject has the right to restrict the processing of his/her personal data.
The data subject has the right to consult the personal data that we store about him/her and that he/she has given us, and the right to transfer this data to another responsible processor, if it is technically possible and the processing is based on consent or contract and is automated.
The data subject has the right, based on his/her specific situation, to object, at any time, to the processing of his/her personal data, which is carried out on the basis of the relevant provisions of the legislation, including the profile analysis carried out on the basis of these provisions.
Unless otherwise provided by legislation, the data subject has the right not to have a decision made about him/her that is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which creates legal consequences for the data subject or has a significant impact on him/her.
If the processing of personal data is based on the data subject’s consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on consent before the withdrawal.

The laws of the Republic of Estonia apply to this use of cookies and privacy policy. Disputes or claims arising from the policy are resolved in Harju County Court.
